Delivery

When placing an order in the webshop, you can choose to either pick it up in our store at Nedergade 10 or have it delivered to your home or a parcel shop/locker.

We ship within Denmark using GLS or PostNord. We dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Denmark: 1–3 business days

Nordic countries: approx. 1–6 business days

Europe: approx. 2–6 business days

USA: approx. 5–8 business days

Rest of the world: approx. 5–10 business days

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. In the rare case of a lost delivery, we will send a replacement at no extra charge.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your package.

Please note that it may take up to 12 hours before the tracking link becomes active with the carrier.

International shipping

We ship worldwide, and all international orders are sent via PostNord.
Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your payment.

Return

We offer a 14-day return policy, valid from the day you receive your order.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. This includes all original packaging, stickers, hangtags, etc. Items with broken or missing packaging elements will not be accepted for return.

All returns must include a completed return form, which was enclosed with your original order. If you no longer have it, contact us at hello@vett-shop.com and we’ll send you a new one. Returns without a completed return form will not be accepted.

Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size), please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Return labels (DK)

We include a return label with all orders shipped within Denmark. If you choose to use it, DKK 49 will be deducted from your refund. For international returns, you are responsible for the return shipping. If you prefer to arrange return shipping yourself, please send the package to:

Please note:

We only accept packages delivered directly to the address above.

We do not accept parcels requiring pickup, such as DAO deliveries.

We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) packages.

Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. If you return your entire order, we will also refund the original shipping cost. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. 

Please remember to save your postal receipt as proof of return.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Nedergade 10, 5000 Odense, Denmark. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of seasonal items, such as Christmas decorations/ornaments. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
