Easy Peacy

In Easy Peacy - A Cookbook, you’ll find recipes inspired by the Italian approach to meals, focusing on great ingredients and simple presentations. The food is seasonal and easy to make. In addition to recipes for snacks, small and larger dishes, salsas and sauces, bread, and sweets, Easy Peacy also includes suggestions for how to put together and prepare delicious menus throughout the year.

Easy Peacy began in 2021, when Stine Kirkegaard sold homemade food from her apartment in Copenhagen. Since then, things have moved quickly. Today, she and Ida Ravn run a popular catering business offering lunch services and delivering food for both large and small events.

The Easy Peacy message is clear: let go of the pressure to perform. Take your time, invite your friends, enjoy a glass of wine, and remember that the true purpose of a meal is to create space for conversation and connection.
