The iconic Copenhagen restaurant Pastis, which Mikkel Egelund has run with love for the past 15 years, has finally given us access to his beloved dishes in a new cookbook. It features classic recipes that have been served over the years at one of Copenhagen’s favorite restaurants, Restaurant Pastis. Both the food and the atmosphere have always drawn people in, along with the restaurant’s many loyal regulars.
The book PASTIS is much more than a cookbook. As a devoted Pastis guest, Martin Kongstad has written about the restaurant, its unique energy, and of course about Mikkel’s food, in the only way he can: honestly and with affection.
