Animalcules is a delicate, small scale pattern inspired by 18th century French domino papers. Named after van Leeuwenhoek’s term for the microscopic life forms he discovered in pond water, this pattern brings a quiet rhythm and charm to any project.

Printed in England using vegetable oil based inks on quality, uncoated 90 gsm paper, it offers a soft matte finish with a hand printed feel - perfect for bookbinding, gift wrapping, or craft projects that require fine, regular detail.
